Board of ALIA- The Royal Jordanian Airlines PLC. decided to call on shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting which will be held on Sunday, September 21, 2014, in Sheraton Hotel.

The company stated that the meeting agenda includes discussing financial statement for FY ended on December, 31, 2013, as well as the company’s future plan and approving it.

The board will also discuss the company’s balance sheet, cash dividend and losses for the FY ended on December 31, 2013.

Shareholders declined to discharge board members from liability for the same FY.
